Dear Padel players,

We are looking forward to the Irish Padel Tour Challenge taking place in Killyhelvin tomorrow. 

The winning pair will each receive an overnight stay in Killyhelvin Hotel and Lakeside Lodges, including breakfast and full use of the Health Club.

June 12th will be the male challenge, followed by the female challenge with dates TBC.

We are happy to announce a new 4 week term of tennis lessons to begin on the week of June 20th! We will have classes on weekday evenings and Saturdays, ranging from lessons for beginners right up to advanced, with our group of experienced coaches.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday 7pm-8pm: Beginners Lessons 

Monday 8pm-9pm: Rusty Racquets 

Monday 9pm-10pm: Intermediate Lessons

Tuesday 7pm-8pm: Beginners Lessons 

Tuesday 8pm-9pm: Intermediate Lessons

We are happy to announce that we will be running a doubles team tennis league for beginners and intermediate players for 4 weekends from the weekend of June 11th to finals weekend of July 2nd/3rd! Each team will play on either a Saturday or a Sunday every weekend (the day will alternate each weekend).

For a total cost of €100 you will get:

• 4 guaranteed doubles matches 

• Free food and drinks

• Prizes 

• Supervised matches

• Balls provided

*PLEASE NOTE*: This League is open to those who have done at least one term of tennis lessons or participated in social tennis.

Term and Conditions Bushy Park Padel Club Camps 2022

1. No Provisional bookings will be taken. Places can only be secured on receipt of completed form and payment.

2. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.

3. A Parent/guardian must sign application form.

 4. All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form.

5. Children must bring a packed lunch, rain gear and sun cream each day.

6. The hours of the camp are 10.00 am - 13.00 pm each day.

7. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club are not responsible for children outside of the above hours.

8. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participants.

9. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire programme with all payments refunded.

10. All valuables must be left at home.

11. Information of activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather condition, programme schedule and other arrangements. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club has the right to cancel amend or alter activities accordingly.

12. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club will keep a current insurance policy for the duration of the Camp.

13. 20 euro fee will be charged if cancelled 7 days prior to the camp.

14. Lost property will be kept until July 31st 2022.

15. Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club reserves the right to suspend any child that is disruptive to the camp due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts them or others at risk.

16. Mobile phones are not permitted at camp.

17. I/We consent to the use of any photographs and video footage that may be taken of our child during the camp to be used, distributed or shown as Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club sees appropriate.

For the seventh consecutive year the world's largest amateur padel

circuit is back in Dublin. Everything is ready for this new challenge...

who will win? Best of luck to all the competitors and enjoy because we

are expecting temperatures of more than 20 degrees.

BUSHY PARK SUMMER CAMP 2022

 This summer we have an action packed programme for Primary School
 children at the Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club (6-12 year olds).
 We are organising our Summer Sport Activities including padel, tennis, soccer,
 basketball, table-tennis trekking, treasure-hunts, orienteering, outdoor
 games and lots more!

Registration open on Tuesday the 26th of April from 10:00am at the club reception.

The prestigious Madison International Padel Tournament comes back to Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club for the seventh time from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th May 2022.

You will be part of an International Padel Circuit organised in 54 different locations around the world (28 countries) and with over 4,000 padel players!

The Padel Federation of Ireland are hosting the tournament in Bushy Park Padel & Tennis Club in Terenure. 

There are 3 categories: Men (A, B and C), Ladies (A and B), Mixed.

Great prizes and official bullpadel polo shirt  for all participants (please see poster for further details).

Entry Fee is €50 per team.

ATTENTION TENNIS AND PADEL COACHES

To all qualified Tennis and Padel Coaches,

We wish to remind you that Bushy Park Tennis & Padel Club has a policy regarding COACHING:

If certified Tennis and Padel coaches wish to coach in our Club, they must get in touch with us beforehand in order to get approval. Coaches must have their own insurance and up to date certification from Tennis Coach Ireland and the Padel Federation of Ireland. in addition, they must be Garda vetted, their own insurance and pay the appropriate fee. (Padel courts, Green Tennis Courts and Artificial Clay Courts all have different rates. Please enquire at the desk).

Tennis or padel coaches interested in giving lessons must also now abide by heatlh and safety regulations, follow a strict protocol produced by the Club and pay the appropriate fee. Anyone interested in coaching at the Club on a TEMPORARY basis will have to contact our tennis or padel directors:

ANY LESSON MUST BE APPROBED BY HEAD COACHES BEFOREHAND

Failure to comply with this rule will result in a sanction for the coach. Remind the club has certain number of hours for coaching and Tennis and padel head coaches have to organise sessions and slots.
