FREE TRIAL - Launching Our New Fitness Programmes
This summer we are launching our new Outdoor Fitness Zone. We now offer all our amazing members and friends the chance to play and train in the club. This Wednesday at 6.30 pm we are offering all members and friends/family a FREE trial class. Just book in with a member of staff so we know numbers and can plan accordingly.
Richard, our new head of Fitness in the club, has designed a new training zone and also a range of classes including Mum and Baby classes, One to one Personal Training and evening Functional Fitness class.
What´s involved in the classes?
Mum & Baby fitness are very relaxed and enjoyable classes. We set up the "Baby Zone" for the little one. You can bring their favourite toy and monitor them while you train. Training is done at your pace and a great way to get back into fitness or continue your fitness journey.
Functional Fitness Training allows you to train like a professional athlete as Richard programmes training on a 6 week Term. Classes include a mobility Warm up Strength section, Speed and Agility Conditioning drills and endurance training linking Core stability exercises with a group flexibility routine. Classes run for 60 mins and you will be shown exercises before training yourself while form is monitored by Richard.
How do I Join the classes?
Both of the classes run on set days.
Mum and Baby Tues & Thurs 10am
Functional Fitness Mon & Wednesday 6.30pm
Each term is €50 for 6 consecutive weeks.
